With a few simple steps and a scoring system you will learn how to assess which parts of your body work well and which have pain or restricted movement.
Just 6 simple movements form the basis of treatment, with others added to treat specific issues. such as sciatica pain, shoulder pain or difficulty moving an arm.

You will understand the process, the rules to follow and how to treat any part of your body to heal pain and restriction.
Please make sure you know whether light to moderate exercise is safe for you. If in doubt please check with your doctor.
Be aware of any movements that aren't safe for you - it is your responsibility to inform the instructor and to make sure you don't do anything unsafe for you.
Please arrive on time for each part of the course. You need to attend all the sessions to fully understand the method.
There are practical parts of the course - please come prepared to take part. Stretchy, comfortable clothes are best and low or flat heels.
Please bring a couple of small square sofa cushions if you can.
Questions are welcome but at times you might be asked to hold onto your question until a suitable point in the class.
One to one appointments may be available with the instructor for an additional fee.
